[SM-PLUGINS] twc_weather icons not showing

Hello All,

latest twc_weather
SM = 1.4.8 (default centos 5 rpm)

Curious if anyone has a fix for twc_weather icons not showing? I have run
twc_weather for almost 7 years now and simply can not get icons to show.
I have changed the weather_proxy_icons_method  variable from TRANSPARENT,
to blank and PNG with no luck.  I never see any errors in the logs when
setting weather to debug mode.
