I haven't tried to generate a key with a .eu domain, but the error may not be in the plugin - it might be your version of gpg itself. Please contact me offlist if you'd like a copy of the new code, and then try again. If the problem still happens, please provide the exact error you see and all debug information from turning debugging on.
