Issue can't be solved without changing SquirrelMail scripts. When
SquirrelMail builds mailbox tree, code issues IMAP LIST command for every
mailbox. If user has more than 20 mailboxes, performance is worse than doing
just one LIST call and sorting out results in PHP. If user has more than 1K
mailboxes, first and uncached mailbox listing performance is abysmal. It is
not specific to IMAP server and UW listing issues don't apply because user
is using Courier IMAP.
