To date, Fredrik has committed the pot files and any translations that come along, but you are probably welcome to do it yourself as long as you can figure out which part of the repository is the right one to put things into (seems like it's been a bit convoluted and has been in the process of being sorted out over the last year). Fredrik surely can talk more authoritatively about the sordid details. |
