[SM-I18N] zh_TW translation update

Hi,

This po file was taken from the SquirrelMail 1.4.13 installation, and
the original translator is Ray Liao.

I updated the fuzzys and filled some blanks, though some msgstrs seems
to be used by the plugins and I can't understand what it does so I left
them blanks.

And, BTW, I found that the Drafts, Sent, Trash folder links in
left frame cannot be localized but INBOX can, which makes the left
frame a little weird.
