Please show error message that you get after you made all the steps that
I've asked to do. Please note that if error message is the same, it shows
that you haven't followed my instructions.

Show output of following commands:
* 'ls -ld /home/aewhale'
* 'ls -ld /home/aewhale/Mail'
* 'ls -ld /home/aewhale/Mail/mail'
* 'cat /etc/passwd | grep aewhale'
