[SM-USERS] PHP safe_mode & spell checking -- updated wiki documentation

Hi all, I couldn't find much information on how to enable spellchecking
under safe_mode in the documentation, so after figuring out the process
myself I added some notes to http://www.squirrelmail.org/wiki/en_US/SafeMode

There were a few steps needed to work around all the restrictions that
safe_mode imposes, and they required a few simple modifications to the
server and the squirrelmail code itself.  None were difficult but I'm
posting them here for users who might not be as experienced with using
PHP.  My approach was a bit of a kludge but it works well.
