So are you talking about this http://opendap.org/download/java-dap.html Jdap? I don't see any Microsoft mentioned on their page. As far as I can tell this is just a java implementation of the Data Access Protocol? Do you have any actual links or data about this Microsoft-Jdap? Or are they only publishing in newspapers? Has Microsoft stolen the Jdap name from an open source project which appears to have been around for a while?
