[SM-USERS] Customizing login.php? How do I apply a theme?

Hey everybody!

Trying to get my login page to look the same as the inbox etc.  I have
applied the theme Methodical to everything 'inside' SM, but I would also
like to apply the theme to my logon page.  Can anybody please let me know
how to do this?
