[SM-USERS] Error opening timezone config, contact administrator.

I set up Squirrel Mail 1.4.2.

Everything is fine...the plugins are fine...the mail system is fine.

However, when i go to "OPTIONS > PERSONAL INFORMATION" I get this error:

Error opening timezone config, contact administrator.

I have searched the mailing lists, faq and google and I could not find a fix 
for this...I did notice that others had a similar problem but could not find 
the solution.

Please help.  Thanks.
