[SM-USERS] Change Pass ldap issue

Dear All , 

I am useing qmail-ldap ,courier-imap and squirrelmail-1.4.2 with change pass 
ldap plugin (1.6) .
While changing the password it always give in "old password is not correct"
in my ldap database attr=userPassword is shown as Base64 encoded , looks 
like
#   Postmaster,xxx.com,dc=xxx,dc=com
dn: cn=  Postmaster,ou=xxx.com,dc=xxx,dc=com

is anyone have any solution ...
