You need to be sure that you are passing 'user' and not 'user@domain'
to spamc. That must be consitant in all places in your system, from
spamc -u 'user' to what the user logs in to SM with (for sasql) to the
user name associated with each setting in your database. SA does not
consider the user 'fred' to be the same as the user 'fr...@do...'
even if your mail server treats them as the same user.
