Wow, great docs! =) There are definitely a few things I'll be tweaking to make them complient with some of the guidelines. I do have a related question though... at least one of the plugins requires the addition of an extra hook. Now, I don't know that this particular plugin is really going to be a good one for others to want to use, but none-the-less, if it comes up in something I'd like to put out... I've seen other plugins have patches that say "you need to apply this patch to your source". That's effectively what I was doing at the moment. Is that still ok to do so long as it's outlined in the README/INSTALL?
