[SM-USERS] Change of Welcome UserName, position

Dear List,
I have downloaded and installed show_user_and_ip-2.2.1.tar.gz file for
showing Welcome Username.., But it is showing below the main panel
ie;Compose, Addresses, Folders,Options, Search etc Panel. I would like
to keep that message at the top most left corner, where currently the
folder name is showing. How can I do that?Please let me know.
