[SM-PLUGINS] Shared Calendars 2.0.1 traslation shortage

Hello,

Recently I have posted the italian translation for pllug-in in subject..

Only now I become aware the some translation does not work (i.e.: some
prases are not traslated in italian on SM interface).

Indeed I can see the this phrases are that inside 'classes/event.php'. I
suppose because it lacks the bindtextdomain call inside each method that
need to translate some phrase..

Can someone resolve this shortage? If someone explain me how to post the
modified file, I can do this...
