Can they login to their IMAP accounts using a normal client?
SquirrelMail doesn't care where it gets the authentication information
from, that is up to the IMAP server itself. SquirrelMail just passes
the login information to the IMAP server, and the IMAP server does the
rest. Check to make sure they can login using another client, such as
pine, mutt, or Outlook Express [if you must ;)].
