hello, i am using sqirrelmail on debian sarge (Version: 1.5.0-1), with courier, maildrop and virtual domains/users and everything runs fine. but i can't get the server side filter plugin (serversidefilter-1.42.tar.gz from squirrelmail.org) to work. it is installed, i can access it in squirrelmail, i can create a filter, but the new filter isn't saved to file. when i run script/test.sh, i get the following: ---snip--- # sh ./test.sh IMAP username: xxx@yyy.zz IMAP password: xxx ./test.sh: line 18: 29813 Done cat $SCRIPTDIR/test_creds 29814 Segmentation fault | $SCRIPTDIR/filtercmd getrc filter >$SCRIPTDIR/filter RESULT: 139 ./test.sh: line 27: 29816 Done cat $SCRIPTDIR/test_creds $SCRIPTDIR/filter 29817 Segmentation fault | $SCRIPTDIR/filtercmd putrc filter RESULT: 139 ./test.sh: line 35: 29819 Done cat $SCRIPTDIR/test_creds 29820 Segmentation fault | $SCRIPTDIR/filtercmd getrc filter >$SCRIPTDIR/filter RESULT: 139 If you do not need to perform additional tests, remove the file test_creds Remove now? (Y/n): y ---snip--- so far i didn't find anything related to this error (read all the documentation that comes with the plugin and configured things according to it, searched this list and the debian mailing lists, searched the faq, serached the wiki, searched the web). i am not sure what to do now - do i have to wait for a new release of server side filter? recompile something on the machine where i am using squirrelmail? it's all stock debian packages except for the squirrelmail plugins. ingmar |
