[SM-STABLE] Sig placement option

Hello all,

I added an option to put the automatically appended signature on
reply/forward before the reply/forward text. (bug # 523853)
This only applies to the automatically added sig, not the signature
button.
The option is in Options->Display prefs.

The default is off.
