[SM-STABLE] 1.2.5, finally coming soon

Hiya,

Jason and I were thinking it'd be time for the 1.2.5 release. The number
of negative reports w.r.t. PHP 4.1 has been rapidly diminishing.

We'd like to release 1.2.5 any day now.
This means: if you have anything that is really wrong with current CVS:
SHOUT SHOUT SHOUT
For the rest: consider this a "freeze" until 1.2.5 is out and we can
continue our regular CVS things.

If current CVS does not work with your PHP 4.1, please report so.
The filters item is postponed to 1.2.6 -- following the "release often"
paradigm.
