[SM-USERS] view Traditional chinese characters (Big5)

Dearl all:

I'm using squirrelmail 1.28, apache 1.3.26, php4.23, kernel 2.4.18.

I've changed the default language code (zh_TW) from conf.pl's organization
option.
It works that I can view chinese characters correctly in the Subject and
message field.

But I found that some menu name are chinese and some are Engish, chinese
character of one and ten are mess.

How can I solve this problem?
Or, Can I use the English menu interface but still enable me to view
chinese characters correctly in both subject and messages field.

Before when i using squirrelmail 1.27, I set the default language from
conf.pl to zh_HK, the menu name is english and also enable to view chinese
in subject field and message filed correctly.

In squirrelmail 1.28, I also do the smae setting (zh_HK), the menu name is
english but it only view chinese character correctly only in subject field
not in messages field.
