This is my first bug report so if I'm Doing It Wrong, please let me know.
I looked around to see if this problem was fixed in 2.6.8 - I'll go ahead and upgrade anyway so feel free to ignore this if it has been fixed since that release.
I came into work this morning and discovered that my disk had filled completely. I dug around and saw that SQuirreL had taken the remaining 52 gigs of space via the squirrel-sql.log file. I grabbed the last 1000 lines of the log and it looks like the same set of stack traces repeating over & over.
Attached is a small subset of the repeating stack trace. I've cut it down to 1000 lines and could probably trim it further but don't want to accidentally discard useful data.

Fixed in CVS. This will be available in the next snapshot build, as well as in 2.6.9.
