#665 new version 2.6.7 and 2.6.8

new version 2.6.7

--> while opening i get the Error 'Error ocured initializing plugin: refactoring'

--> i cannot open the 'global preferences' any more

when i open the old version everything is fine!

same problem with the Version 2.6.8
with the Snapshots between i had no problems.

This symptom happens when you install a new version into the same directory that an older version was installed into, but neglected to choose all of the optional plugins you installed previously. Try installing into a fresh directory and see if that fixes the problem. The installer doesn't handle removing previously installed plugins, that are not selected in the new install.

but if i doen't use the same directory i lose my drivers which are in the 'lib' directory.
