   You should run py.test program. I use the following shell script to
do run tests:

cd ../..
PYTHONPATH="`pwd`"
export PYTHONPATH

cd "$CWD"

TESTDB=postgres:/test?debug=1

createdb test
for test in "$@"; do
   echo "$test"
   py.test "$test" >"$test".log 2>"$test".err
done
exec dropdb test
---------- /end run tests ----------

   and use it this way:

cd sqlobject/tests
run-tests test_basic.py
   or
run-tests test_*.py
