[SQLObject] selectBy(field="NOT NULL")

Hi,

I frequently need to do SQL statement with "col IS NOT
NULL" or "col IS NULL". 0.7 now support IS NULL by
"col=None" in selectBy, is it possible to add also
something like col="NOT NULL" ?
