Here you can see the four corners of the texture in use are defined as: (-0.7, 0.33), (-0.7, 1.1), (1.3, 0.33), (1.3, 1.1) This is legacy code IIRC. However, when I was working on the low wall pit design, ("case TR_PIT_NO_BUILDING", from line 476), I've found it was working with tex coords: (0.0, 0.0), (0.0, 0.33), (1.0, 0.0), (1.0, 0.33) But, this only should show the team logo, without any side panels.
