On closed turns, near the turn center I maintain pressed the steering key while I change from braking to accelerate, repeating the tapping technique on the turn exit. Of course, the "driving style" has to be more "hard" than with a wheel, but for me it works fine with the mp5-fmc, and also with TRB1 and with some of the LS1, LS2 and Supercars.
