[Torcs-ng-devel] top speed

Something maybe important:
I used manfariel's new track "estempul" (istanbul F1).
Now I did a quick race only against simplixes. I could beat lots of them
(which I couldn't with usrs). But I saw that I had about 20 km/h less
top speed. Istanbul has a long straight, so it's quite important.
Just see the results attached.
