#199 batch wsdl update

it'd be nice to have an ability to update wsdl for all project in two ways :
1. command line utility - an input - file : wsdl1 = path to wsdl1 etc; and project file to update
2. -UWSDL option for testrunner, loadtestrunner (input - the same file from p.1)
3. the same ability in GUI - to point a several files - which are an update for existing wsdls...
