[Soap-wsdl-devel] project state and bug reporting

Hi there,
I've being subscribed to this list, but I can't remember the last time that I got a message from here.
I went back testing SOAP::WSDL after a long time and found a bug.
Meanwhile CPAN shows that the project is now hosted to Github, I still can find references to SourceForge (even this mailing list!).
Are this distribution being actively maintained? Where I should submit a bug (and hopefully a patch)?
