Please forgive me if I come across as a fool, but I am running Snort-2.0.= 5 with Libnet-1.1.0 on Gentoo and flex_resp seems to be working like a champ. I have ' resp: rst_rcv;' appended to all lines in my TCP rules. I assumed with snort running without an issue this meant flex_resp was working. Since Inline_snort replaces Snort I wouldn't think there'd be a problem going either way.. that is unless there are other things than snort that depend on libnet? > -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- > Hash: SHA1 > > List, > I've received a few emails asking why snort_inline still uses > libnet version 1.0.2a.
