[SmartWin-General] make files

[<syn...@gm...>]

Hi,

I've updated the makefiles for mingw and msvc.

While doing this I've seen all the new directories which
breaks the include/source structure.

What do you think about moving the code something like this:

boostSource -> source/boost

*.h SmartXml/Soap/Network/Util  -> include/smartsoap
*.cpp SmartXml/Soap/Network/Util -> source/smartsoap

SmartSOAP/Tester1 -> test1/SmartSoapTest1


Or is it to pedantic?
