[SmartWin-General] Renaming of files and classes

I've renamed the SigSlot classes and files now to use pascal notation.
First of all it's consistent with the rest of the library, second
renaming of the files was neccesary to compile on Wine.

What happens on a windows system when you update I wouldn't really
know, I advise people on Windows Systems to DELETE the files "slot.h",
"signal.h" and "SigSlot.h" BEFORE updating from the CVS since Windows
doesn't differentiate between case in filesnames and this might be an
issue when updating...

Also we've lost the "history" of those files since CVS doesn't
natively support renaming of files, but it shouldn't be a big deal
since there was only two checkins and the files are extremely small in
content...

I've also updated the WidgetChooseColor heavily...
