[Smartmontools-database] new drive ST3750640NS

I am running 5.36-r1 (Gentoo) since 5.37 states it is 
"unstable/experimental", but I did check 
http://smartmontools.cvs.sourceforge.net/smartmontools/sm5/knowndrives.cpp?view=markup 
and didn't find this drive.
