[smartmontools-support] smartd: celsius temperature reported in F ?

Smartd (5.40) is reporting temperatures in F, which is really
confusing if the original name of the value is "Temperature_Celsius":

Eg: 115, 116 are most definitely F numbers. And when i use smartctl i
actually do get the value in C, so smartd or some library must
convert the values to F.

Question: How can i change the output to actual C values.

Suggestion: in Smartds error logging, thee should be some (C) or (F)
to indicate the temperature unit.
