These Windows I/O-controls do not support the type of multi-sector 
transfer (one interrupt/DRQ per sector) required for SMART READ LOG.

IOCTL_ATA_PASS_THROUGH supports this starting with Vista, but this is 
not implemented yet in os_win32.cpp.
