Hi Diego, (0) The disk is reporting that something is wrong with its motor or bearings. It is taking too long to spin up. So... (1) Immediately back up any valuable data. (2) If the disk is under warranty, have the vendor replace it as soon as possible. It not under warranty, buy a new disk and start moving your data to it.
