runtime exceptions caught during termination should be logged at a level higher than IGNORE ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Key: SFOS-926 URL: http://jira.smartfrog.org/jira/browse/SFOS-926 Project: SmartFrog Issue Type: Task Reporter: Paul Murray Assignee: Julio Guijarro Priority: Minor Runtime exceptions thrown during sfTerminateWith(TerminationRecord) are caght and logged at IGNORE level. This is not appropriate - components can be left unterminated without any indication that anything has gone wrong. These execptions should be logged at least at WARN level - probably ERROR. Need to decide apprpriate level and check if the same happens for other similar catches - should log exceptions above DEBUG level unless they are known not to matter, and certainly any exception from user code should be logged. -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA. - If you think it was sent incorrectly contact one of the administrators: http://jira.smartfrog.org/jira/secure/Administrators.jspa - For more information on JIRA, see: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira |
