I have been using ResMed S9 since December. Was aware there was software available, but didn't have it, so each month I copied my SD card to a new folder on my computer. tonight I installed SleepyHead 9.6. When I imported data from my folders, the first one imported OK, the second crashed the program at 97% (but later finished importing. I was initially only able to also import the last month, but eventually was able to import all but three months. Whenever I try to import them, I receive a message: Import Problem - Could not find any new Machine Data at the locations given" But, each of those folders DOES have files in them. Suggestions?

    Hi Craig,

The cause of this crash was a known bug in 0.9.6, and has been fixed in git source.

Which folder were you pointing at in your backups? You need to point at the one that contains the DATALOG folder, STR.edf and Identification.tgt files.

If you upgraded from a previous version, try creating with a new profile, and importing from SleepyHead's own internal backup folder:

    Documents/SleepyHeadData-Testing/Profiles/[yourprofile]/ResMed_[xxxxxxxxxx]/Backup

0.9.7 is currently in a closed beta to iron out any more bugs like this..

      Thanks.

      I downloaded
      SleepyHead-20140623-Win32-0.9.6-testbuild-Qt5.3.0-BrokenGL-WinXP last night
& assumed it was the most recent, for use on a Windows7 desktop.

I point to the monthly folder I created when I copied the card. It contains
the DATALOG and SETTINGS folders and their data.

Why would SleepyHead's internal backup contain those month's data, if on the
initial import attempt, SleepyHead reported there was NO new data to import?

What if I copied the data from my missing months into that backup file and
then tried creating the new profile and importing from the backup?
