Do a: perl -e shell -MCPAN then install Bundle::CPAN install Bundle::Slash if everything is ok, you'll see that Term::ReadKey and what not are all installed. though it sounds like you didn't install the slash user correctly. If you are getting errors like that, it sounds like you didn't do that right. There needs to be a MYSQL user as well with that name (i think). But follow the INSTALL.
