Almost forgot, when I did the collation patches, I placed:

U+0ddf     =E0=B7=9F - gayanukitta (l)
U+0df3     =E0=B7=B3 - diga gayanukitta (ll)

in the same order as the independent vowels. Is that the order you will
be defining?
