I prefer Docbook slightly with 55% over Wiki, but Docbook has one major disadvantage: the FOP. The best FOPs are commercial software and Apache FOP does IMHO only support a small subset. BTW - some years ago I switched from Docbook to asciidoc which can also generate Docbook exports.
