the nagios documentation is a part of the nagios project so the same licence is used (GPL V2). The translation is published under the same license.

With the time shinken's configuration will probably be different from
nagios. So it's probably a good idea to create a doc for shinken.

Which kind of free license do you like (GFDL, cc by sa, art libre) ? I
don't see any license on the nagios-fr doc.
