THis is STAN. Hi again. I am trying to initiate the Sguil software with all= the latest CVS files in an=20 ALL-IN-ONE OpenBSD 3.7 Box. Hit a problem with the Barnyard Mods Patch.=20 Followed DEV FORUM directions explained in the "RE: Barnyard 0.2.0 with lat= est CVS sguil sensor". Does not compile correctly. ran autojunk.sh >> it just spits out the below listing #aclocal #autoheader #automake --add-missing --copy #autoconf NEXT.....initiated CONFIGURE #configure --with-tcl=3D/usr/local/lib >> WORKED OK #make >> had compile error with certain pieces of code... for example... could not find location of tcl.h file in OpenBSD 3.7...PATHWAY is /usr/local/share/tcl8.3... Question #1: Do you need this Patch? Who is right giemo@33... or Paul Schme= hl?=20 Giemo@33 says you need it. Paul says you do not need it. Please stop confus= ing me. It is hard enough trying to get this CODE to work at 100% on OpenBSD 3.7. I= am just a little frustrated...forget me of any harsh comments. Question#2: What is purpose of enabling TCL in the CODE? What is purpose of= this Barnyard Patch? Any comments with helpful information would be greatly appreciated. Thank y= ou for your time. ******************************************************************* This email and any files transmitted with it are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed.
