[Sgems-users] Where can I get the SGems Book by Remy et al?

I had ordered a copy of
"Applied Geostatistics with SGeMS: A User's Guide" by Remy et al and was  
told by Cambridge University Press (USA) that the book is not yet released.
Then poking around the web, it looks like the Cambridge University Press in  
the UK has published it since Feb 2009.
Can somebody out there point me to where I can get a copy? Need it before  
March 24th for a course in geostat.
Really appreciate it.
