Hi Yang, First try Help (with a capital H). To use the script file look in the directory where SGeMS is installed and open the file sgems_history.log. It will records all the commands you had performed during your session, warning: it get overwritten every time you open SGeMS. Build a file similar to that one and select the run script button. Having said that, I would strongly suggest you to instead use scripting with Python, it much more powerful and you will have better control over your script. The fastest and easiest way to get the command format is to run it once with the GUI and then copy it from the command panel window.
