#160 Create Folders from Copy To

From within an archive, choosing File > Copy To & then
entering a folder name that doesn't exist, but you want
created should create the folder. It should work just
like right clicking on an archive & choosing Extract
files. From there you can have a new folder created if
it doesn't exist. Instead you get an error message "can
not open output file D:\Program Files\New".
