But I don't have the same thing as in the Youtube video... At 2:13 there is an option "7-Zip" in the dropdown menu. But I don't have this option. I just have the option "WinZip", which is not free so I can't use it.
If you don't have 7-Zip in the context menu, then ou may have installed it in a wrong way. I didn't like that "Ignore" button in the video. Try rebooting your system. What version and installer (EXE or MSI) have you used?
If you have WinZip in the contest menu, then you already use it.
Anyway, Windows can extract ZIP archives itself. To do that, you may either choose "Extract all..." in the context menu or enter the archive like you enter folders and drag-and-drop the files.

I don't have the option "Extract all". But when I right click > WinZip > Extract to, it says that my "WinZip trial has expired" (and I don't want to spend money to buy it).
For 7-Zip I have tried both the .exe and the .msi, but none of them worked.

Hello.
I don't understand how to use 7-Zip.
I have downloaded it successfully.
I have watched this Youtube video on how to use it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T_Gu6EHRDuE
But I don't have the same thing as in the Youtube video... At 2:13 there is an option "7-Zip" in the dropdown menu. But I don't have this option. I just have the option "WinZip", which is not free so I can't use it.
By the way the file that I'm trying to extract is this chess engine: http://sourceforge.net/projects/gullchess/?source=typ_redirect (once I download it, it is saved in "C:\Users\name_000\Downloads")
And I'm using Windows 8.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Try to delete both WinZip and 7-Zip, reboot, then install 7-Zip again.
