Using Win XP SP2 Pro with all updates appiled (5.1.2600)
Also using 7zip 4.30 Beta.

My context menu things aren't working, and I'm not sure why. The other versions worked fine, just not this one.

  Wasn't working here either...
  
  Used the command (Start - Run...)
  
  'regsvr32.exe <path to 7-Zip>\7-zip.dll'
  
  Now works again!
