#127 Closing 'Add to Archive' dialog closes online help

It is frustrating to have 7-Zip File Manager closing online
help every time the dialog closes, especially for those
who are experimenting with compression options.
Furthermore, it leaves blank tasks at the taskbar
whenever the dialog closes in such way. 7-Zip should
not close online help automatically.
