[Semediawiki-user] How can I accept anchor tag links in form entries without the tags getting encoding them into less-than and greater-than signs?

I'm entering html code into text properties using with the tinymce wysiwyg
editor in my forms.

This is working well for me; the saves text renders as html it is marked up
with... except for links using anchor tags. They appear as <a
href="url">Text</a>.

Please let me know how to have semantic wikimedia forms accept the link
markup without encoding the tags.
